I’m Lynda, a qualified counsellor, particularly interested in supporting people with dissociative problems – helping you to to improve self esteem and establish coping strategies.
I feel strongly that people experiencing the distressing issues you are having, need support. I care deeply about people, and am particularly interested in supporting people experiencing dissociative symptoms. There is hope, and things can get better for you. Dissociation and trauma are my particular areas of interest, and in addition to my counselling training, my continuing professional development is focussed in this area. But most of all, in my therapy room, you will find a calm, safe and accepting space, with me. I am kind, empathic, and non judgemental in the support I provide. All parts of you are welcome in the room. I do not work to time limits, and can provide long term counselling if thats what you need.
